All positions will wear many hats/task and carry ownership for the success of our vision. We seek leaders, business minded and motivated self-starters who is trainable and learn quickly. You must be creative, enthusiastic, hardworking and with excellent communications skills. A professional image and a pleasant yet firm attitude is desired. Must have experience and knowledge of the furniture and interior design industry or equivalent but we are open to teaching the right people who can be taught. You must also have the ability to manage and work alone, be able to make quick decisions and are able to close sales/deals. Must have flexibility in work hours and are able to relocate.
Other responsibilities include sales to customers, showroom upkeep, answering phones, some computer work, social media and marketing. Must be willing to spend downtime to help out in other areas of the business that can be improved.
