WHAT IS ACCEPTED FOR PRODUCT SALES:
New & Used. High End Brands Or High Quality Made Furniture & Home Decor. We only work with high end estates.
- Furnishings must be 10 years or newer.
- If you have furniture older than 10 years, they MUST be in excellent condition and trending to the styles of today. If you are unsure, you may still fill the sell form and send us pictures.
- Furniture (bedroom, dining room, living room, Office, etc)
- Rugs, paintings/fine art, lighting (lamps & chandeliers)
- Home Decor, modern/contemporary dinner and glassware.
- And seasonal items such as outdoor furniture.
- Auto, Electronics, indoor and outdoor furnishings and equipment, exercise equipment
- Everything high end.

Please note the following about pricing:
- Research and pricing is a paid service. We do not provide pricing until we are able to conduct a review and inspection. If you wish to get an estimate of pricing before entering into an agreement, you can request an appraisal service for a paid fee.
- However, you can set your own listing price.
First, fill the form and let us know what service you desire.
After a phone discussion of your needs, we make an appointment with you to come to your residence or business.
A trip fee starts at $99. This fee varies and depends on how large your estate is or needs are.
- At this meeting, we will take pictures of all your items. We will also get measurements and any information you can provide to us.
- All information will be showcased on this website for sale for 6-12 months depending on your needs.
- All items will be labeled for sale.
- We will discuss with you what services you require for storage and your unique situation once we receive your request.
- We can assist throughout the entire process
- Once your item is stored, we simply ask for a key or easy access so we can ship your sold items quickly when they sell.
- We can assist in storing your smaller items in our facility for immediate and faster shipping.

When do you get paid?
- Payments are issued on the 15th of each month. Cutoff is on the 5th of each month.
What happens to un-sold items?
- We give you the keys to your storage facility and you do not have to move a thing if you don’t want to. If you want us to donate unsold items for you, we can help you do that. We put you in control and you never miss out again
